About me
Bringing Real Food to Real Moments — One Family Meal at a Time
I create approachable, flavor-packed recipes for moms who want more than just dinner on the table. Whether you’re working or staying at home, my recipes are designed to help you create meaningful, joy-filled moments around food — from weeknight meals to weekend memories.
Here, it’s not just about feeding your family, it’s about connecting through the shared experience of cooking, eating, and enjoying quality time together.
My Mission
Food isn’t just fuel — it’s a doorway to deeper connection. I’m here to support and inspire moms who crave more than just getting dinner on the table. Whether you’re a working mom, stay-at-home parent, or somewhere in between, my mission is to help you create meaningful, joy-filled moments with your family through honest storytelling, real food, and simple, beautiful traditions.
This isn’t about perfection or polished facades — it’s about showing up authentically, embracing the mess, and finding beauty in the everyday. I create and share recipes that are approachable, flavorful, and rooted in real life, not just food made for content’s sake.
My Values
Meaning Over Utility
Quality Over Quantity
Non-Judgmental Support
Authenticity Over Aesthetics
Family-Centered, Not Child-Compartmentalized
More about me
They say, “Do what you love and you’ll never work a day in your life.” That’s been true for me since launching this blog in 2023. Cooking has always been a passion of mine — not just the food itself, but the connection it brings. Whether it’s a simple weeknight dinner or a dish you’re proud to bring to a gathering, my goal is to share recipes that are approachable, delicious, and meant to be enjoyed over and over again.
But my journey didn’t start here.
Back in 2018, while living in sunny St. Petersburg, Florida, I launched my first food blog: St. EATersburg — a page about local restaurants and all things Tampa Bay. It gave me a taste (pun intended) of the food blogging world. But like many others, the pandemic hit in 2020, and it became increasingly difficult to keep the blog going while balancing a full-time job. By the time I turned 25, I was exhausted and unsure of how to pivot. So I stepped away, unsure if I’d ever return to blogging.
Fast-forward to 2023 — with several years of marketing experience under my belt and a spark that hadn’t quite gone out — I felt the pull to start creating again. I was working as a Marketing Director, but something was missing. In May of that year, I was laid off and faced a choice: jump back into the corporate world or finally bet on myself. I chose the latter. I poured everything into rebuilding my dream, working tirelessly day in and day out — and slowly, I started to see it all come to life.

Then, at the end of 2023, life handed me the most beautiful surprise: I found out I was pregnant.
Most of 2024 was a blend of building my business and preparing for motherhood. In August, we welcomed our daughter, Ruby — and with her came an even deeper appreciation for food, for family, and for the tiny moments that matter most. Since then, I’ve been navigating this new season of life: raising a little one while growing a business I love — and sharing it all with you along the way.
These days, you’ll still find me in the kitchen, but now with Ruby by my side (or strapped to me in a carrier). Food has taken on a whole new meaning — it fuels our bodies, yes, but more importantly, it brings us together. Some of my favorite moments are cooking a meal for my family and gathering around the table to simply be together.
