Ingredients
  

For the Chicken

  • 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs, trimmed
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Cooking spray or oil for misting

For the Bang Bang Sauce

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sriracha adjust to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce

For Assembling

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 12 oz green beans or vegetable of choice
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • 2 teaspoons sesame seeds

Instructions
 

  • Season the chicken thighs with salt, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  • Arrange the seasoned chicken thighs in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not overlapping each other. You may need to cook in batches.
  • Lightly mist the coated chicken with cooking spray or brush with oil.
  • Air fry for about 18-22 minutes, flipping the chicken halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
  • While the chicken is cooking, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, honey, Sriracha, and soy sauce in a small bowl to create the Bang Bang Sauce.
  • Once the chicken is cooked, transfer it to a bowl and toss it with the prepared Bang Bang Sauce until evenly coated.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
  • Serve the Air Fryer Bang Bang Chicken Thighs hot on top of rice with a vegetable on the side.
