Season the chicken thighs with salt, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
Arrange the seasoned chicken thighs in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not overlapping each other. You may need to cook in batches.
Lightly mist the coated chicken with cooking spray or brush with oil.
Air fry for about 18-22 minutes, flipping the chicken halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
While the chicken is cooking, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, honey, Sriracha, and soy sauce in a small bowl to create the Bang Bang Sauce.
Once the chicken is cooked, transfer it to a bowl and toss it with the prepared Bang Bang Sauce until evenly coated.
Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
Serve the Air Fryer Bang Bang Chicken Thighs hot on top of rice with a vegetable on the side.
