Ingredients

For the Taquitos

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 4 slices American Cheese
  • 1/2 cup pickles chopped
  • 1/2 cup white onion chopped
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

For the Big Mac Sauce

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  • In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Drain any excess grease then mix in in the American Cheese until well combined then remove from heat.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  • Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean work surface. Divide the cooked ground beef and cheese evenly among the tortillas.
  • Tightly roll up each tortilla, starting from the filled side and rolling towards the other end.
  • Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray to prevent sticking. Place the taquitos in a single layer in the basket, seam side down, leaving a little space between them and spray the tops with more cooking spray.
  • Air fry the taquitos in batches, if necessary, for about 8-10 minutes, or until they turn golden brown and crispy. Flip them halfway through the cooking time for even browning.
  • Once cooked, carefully remove the taquitos from the air fryer and let them cool slightly.
  • In a small bowl, add all of the ingredients for the Big Mac Sauce and mix well to combine.
  • Layer the tops of the taquitos with the lettuce, onion, and pickles, then drizzle the Big Mac Sauce on top.
  • Serve the air-fried Big Mac taquitos warm with even more Big Mac Sauce on the side.
