Ingredients

  • 1 lb. crab meat
  • 8 oz. package cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tablespoons dry white wine
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup white cheddar cheese grated
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, dry white wine, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and salt. Mix until well combined and smooth.
  • Gently fold in the crab meat until evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
  • Transfer the crab mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread it out into an even layer.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly.
  • Remove dip from oven and sprinkle the grated white cheddar cheese evenly over the top of the crab mixture. Bake another 5-10 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  • Garnish the baked crab dip with fresh parsley before serving.
  • Serve the baked crab dip warm with your favorite crackers, sliced baguette, or vegetables for dipping.
