  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup cooked white or brown rice
  • 1 cup Iceberg lettuce shredded
  • 2 roma tomatoes diced
  • 1/2 cup onion diced
  • 1/2 cup dill pickles sliced

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients for the Big Mac sauce. Whisk until well combined.
  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.

  • Once the meat is cooked, turn off the heat and add a spoonful of the Big Mac sauce and mix well to combine.
  • Assemble the deconstructed Big Mac bowls by placing a serving of cooked rice in each bowl.
  • Top the rice with a spoonful of ground beef.
  • Scatter shredded iceberg lettuce, diced tomatoes, diced onion, and sliced dill pickles over the ground beef.
