Pepperoni Rolls with Truffle Pasta Sauce

Ingredients

  • Pillsbury Crescent Rolls

  • Sliced pepperoni

  • Shredded mozzarella cheese

  • Provolone cheese

  • Truff’s Pasta Sauce

  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

  • 1 clove garlic

  • 1 teaspoon oregano

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. Roll out the dough and place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.

  3. Place a teaspoon of pasta sauce on the dough then layer the provolone evenly over the dough, followed by the pepperoni leaving a small border around the edges. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the pepperoni.

  4. Starting from one end, carefully roll the dough into a log shape, ensuring the filling remains inside.

  5. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, garlic, and oregano. Brush over the tops of each rolled pepperoni roll.
