Sweet & Savory Breakfast Loaded Hash Browns

Ingredients:

  • 2 hash browns

  • 2 tablespoons chive cream cheese, or cream cheese of choice

  • 2 eggs, scrambled

  • 2 strips crispy bacon, crumbled

  • Drizzle of honey

Instructions:

  1. If using frozen hash browns, follow package instructions to cook until golden brown and crispy. Set aside.

  2. In a separate pan, scramble the eggs over medium heat until fully cooked. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Set aside.

  3. Place the cooked hash browns on a serving plate and spread cream cheese over each hash brown.

  4. Divide the scrambled eggs evenly among the hash browns, placing them on top of the cream cheese layer.

  5. Sprinkle crumbled bacon over the scrambled eggs on each hash brown.

  6. Drizzle honey over the loaded hash browns for a touch of sweetness.

  7. Serve immediately while hot and enjoy your loaded hash browns!
