Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast cooked
  • 6 slices of bacon cooked
  • 1 cup lettuce
  • 1 medium tomato sliced
  • 1/2 onion sliced
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 4 large flour tortillas

Instructions

  • Slice the chicken breasts in half down the center, making them thin. Cook the chicken breast thoroughly, either by grilling, baking, or pan-searing.
  • Cook the bacon until crispy.
  • On a clean work surface, lay down lettuce, tomato, onion, cooked chicken, bacon, and cheddar cheese.
  • With a sharp knife, begin chopping everything into small, bite-sized pieces.
  • Add buffalo sauce and ranch dressing to the chopped mix and do a few more chops to get everything combined.
  • Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface.
  • Spoon a portion of the buffalo chicken mixture onto each tortilla, spreading it out evenly.
  • Fold the sides of each tortilla towards the center, then roll it up tightly from the bottom, ensuring the filling is enclosed.
  • Enjoy these wraps with your favorite side dish immediately.
