These Chopped Buffalo Chicken Wraps are packed with juicy chicken, crispy bacon, fresh veggies, and a tangy buffalo ranch sauce, all wrapped in a warm tortilla — an easy, flavor-packed lunch or dinner that’s ready in under 30 minutes!
Slice the chicken breasts in half down the center, making them thin. Cook the chicken breast thoroughly, either by grilling, baking, or pan-searing.
Cook the bacon until crispy.
On a clean work surface, lay down lettuce, tomato, onion, cooked chicken, bacon, and cheddar cheese.
With a sharp knife, begin chopping everything into small, bite-sized pieces.
Add buffalo sauce and ranch dressing to the chopped mix and do a few more chops to get everything combined.
Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface.
Spoon a portion of the buffalo chicken mixture onto each tortilla, spreading it out evenly.
Fold the sides of each tortilla towards the center, then roll it up tightly from the bottom, ensuring the filling is enclosed.
Enjoy these wraps with your favorite side dish immediately.
