This easy Freezer-Friendly Teriyaki Chicken Marinade is the ultimate time-saver for busy weeknights! Made with simple pantry staples, this sweet and savory marinade pairs perfectly with chicken thighs or breasts and can be grilled, baked, or air-fried straight from the freezer.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken (breasts or thighs)
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger grated
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, pineapple juice, brown sugar, minced garlic, grated ginger, and sesame oil.
  • Place the chicken in a large freezer-safe zip-top bag.
  • Pour the marinade over the chicken, seal the bag, and massage the marinade into the chicken.
  • Lay the bag flat in the freezer. Label and date the bag.
