These Oven-Baked Jalapeño Popper Wonton Cups are crispy, creamy, and packed with bacon, cheddar, and just the right amount of heat. The perfect bite-sized appetizer for parties, game day, or whenever you’re craving a fun and easy snack.
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a muffin tin.
Press a wonton wrapper into each cup of the muffin tin, creating a cup shape. Lightly spray or brush the wrappers with cooking spray or a small amount of oil to make them crispy.
Bake the wonton wrappers in the preheated oven for about 5-7 minutes or until they turn golden brown. Keep an eye on them to prevent burning.
In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, diced jalapeno peppers, crumbled bacon, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
Once the wonton cups are baked and slightly cooled, carefully remove them from the muffin tin.
Spoon the jalapeno popper filling into each wonton cup, filling them nearly to the top.
Place the filled wonton cups back in the oven and bake for an additional 10-12 minutes, or until the filling is hot and bubbly.
Serve your homemade Jalapeno Popper Wonton Cups as an appetizer or party snack!
