Ingredients
- 1 lb pasta shells cooked
- 1 lb lump crab meat
- 1/2 lb cooked shrimp diced
- 1 cup charred corn
- 1/2 cup cherry red tomatoes sliced in half
- 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sweet relish
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1/4 cup red onions finely diced
- 1 teaspoon fresh dill minced
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook your pasta until al dente then let it cool completely.
- In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet relish, mustard, hot sauce, lemon juice, Old Bay, red onion, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Mix well to combine.
- In another bowl, combine pasta, diced shrimp, corn, and tomato. Pour the mayonnaise mixture overtop and mix well to combine.
- Gently fold in the crab meat then top with fresh dill.
- Store in the fridge for 30 minutes to cool then serve immediately or keep cold and enjoy within a few days.
