This spicy sausage and hot corn dip is the ultimate crowd-pleasing appetizer—loaded with creamy cheese, bold seasonings, sweet corn, and a kick of heat. Serve it bubbly and golden with plenty of tortilla chips for scooping!
15ouncesdiced tomatoes with green chilies(1 can) drained
4cupscorn kernels
1jalapenodiced
1/2cupgreen onionsdiced
1/4cupfresh cilantrochopped
1teaspoonground cumin
1teaspoonchili powder
1/2teaspoongarlic powder
Salt and pepperto taste
1limejuiced
Tortilla chipsfor serving
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked sausage, cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, half of the shredded cheese, diced tomatoes, corn, green onions, cilantro, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
Squeeze the lime juice into the mixture and give it a final stir.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, spreading it evenly then top with the remaining cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the dip is hot and bubbly and the cheese is melted.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Garnish with additional chopped cilantro, if desired.
Serve the spicy sausage and Mexican street corn dip with tortilla chips.
