Seafood Pasta Salad
This creamy Seafood Pasta Salad is loaded with tender pasta shells, lump crab meat, shrimp, and hard-boiled eggs—all tossed in a zesty, Old Bay-spiced dressing. Perfect for cookouts, potlucks, or a refreshing make-ahead summer lunch.

- 1 lb pasta shells cooked
- 1 lb lump crab meat
- 1/2 lb cooked shrimp diced
- 1 cup charred corn
- 1/2 cup cherry red tomatoes sliced in half
- 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sweet relish
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1/4 cup red onions finely diced
- 1 teaspoon fresh dill minced
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Cook your pasta until al dente then let it cool completely.
In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet relish, mustard, hot sauce, lemon juice, Old Bay, red onion, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Mix well to combine.
In another bowl, combine pasta, diced shrimp, corn, and tomato. Pour the mayonnaise mixture overtop and mix well to combine.
Gently fold in the crab meat then top with fresh dill.
Store in the fridge for 30 minutes to cool then serve immediately or keep cold and enjoy within a few days.
