6 Ingredient Beef Birria Ramen

Course: Lunch, Dinner, Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 1 Package of Trader Joe’s Beef Birria, thawed

  • 4 cups Beef Broth

  • 4 packs of ramen noodles, seasoning removed

  • Red onion, diced (optional, for garnish)

  • 4 eggs, soft boiled for 6 minutes and peeled (optional, for garnish)

  • Cilantro (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Start by heating a large pot over medium-high heat.

  2. Add the thawed Trader Joe’s Beef Birria and the 4 cups of Beef Broth to the pot. Allow it to come to a boil, and then reduce the heat to simmer for 10 minutes.

  3. While the broth and Birria are simmering, prepare the ramen noodles by following the cooking time indicated on the package. Once cooked, remove the pot from the heat.

  4. To assemble the dish, begin by spooning the flavorful broth into a bowl, and then add the cooked ramen noodles.

  5. Top the noodles with a spoonful of the Beef Birria. If you like, you can also garnish with diced red onion for some extra flavor.

  6. For an added layer of richness, cut the soft-boiled eggs in half and place one on top of each bowl.

  7. To finish, sprinkle some fresh cilantro on top of your dish.

  8. Enjoy your beef birria ramen while it's still warm!
