4 oz Honey Goat Cheese, cut into 6 even pieces
2 eggs, whisked
1 cup flour
1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon honey, drizzled over air-fried goat cheese balls (optional)
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Olive oil spray
Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F .
Cut goat cheese into 6 even pieces then use your palms to roll into balls and freeze for 20 minutes.
Prepare your dredging station by setting up 1 bowl with your flour, 1 with your eggs, and one with the Panko breadcrumbs.
After 20 minutes, pull the cheese out of the freezer and dredge the balls first through the flour, then the egg, then the breadcrumbs, back in the egg, then the breadcrumbs again. Repeat for all 6 balls.
Spray your air fryer with olive oil spray then place the balls into the preheated fryer and spray again with olive oil spray.
Air fry for 6-7 minutes then remove and top with a drizzle of honey and red pepper flakes (optional).
