Big Mac Burger Bowl

Ingredients:
For the Big Mac Sauce:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
1 teaspoon white vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
For the Bowl:
1 lb ground beef
Salt and pepper, to taste
Cooked white or brown rice
Shredded iceberg lettuce
Diced tomatoes
Diced onion
Dill pickles, sliced
Shredded cheddar cheese
Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients for the Big Mac sauce. Whisk until well combined.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
Season the ground beef with salt and pepper then cook in the skillet for 3-4 minutes, breaking it up as it cooks.
Once the meat is cooked, turn off the heat and add a spoonful of the Big Mac sauce and mix well to combine.
Assemble the deconstructed Big Mac bowls by placing a serving of cooked rice in each bowl.
Top the rice with a spoonful of ground beef.
Scatter shredded iceberg lettuce, diced tomatoes, diced onion, and sliced dill pickles over the ground beef.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese then drizzle the Big Mac sauce generously over the ingredients in each bowl.
Garnish with sesame seeds if desired.
Serve the deconstructed Big Mac bowls over rice, allowing everyone to mix the ingredients together or customize their bowls with additional toppings.
