Cotija Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. Toss the trimmed and halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic, Sierra® Brand Ground Cotija Cheese from V&V Supremo®, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl.

  3. Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until they are tender and crispy, stirring halfway through for even cooking. They should be lightly browned and have crispy edges.

  4. Once the Brussels sprouts are done roasting, transfer them to a serving platter.

  5. Sprinkle additional Cotija cheese over the crispy Brussels sprouts.

  6. Serve your Cotija Roasted Brussels Sprouts immediately, and enjoy the delicious combination of flavors and textures.
