Instructions

For the Hot Dogs:

  1. Grill your hot dogs to perfection and nestle them in a soft bun.

Everything but the Elote Dog:

  1. Start by charring fresh corn on the cob and cutting off the kernels.

  2. Season the corn with Trader Joe’s Everything But The Elote Seasoning Blend.

  3. For an extra kick, fry some sliced jalapenos until crispy.

  4. Assemble your hot dog, generously topping it with the seasoned corn, fried jalapenos, and a drizzle of zesty cilantro lime dressing.

Caramelized Onions and Blue Cheese Dog:

  1. Heat butter in a skillet over medium-low heat. Add the sliced onions and cook slowly, stirring occasionally, until caramelized and golden brown, about 25-30 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  2. Place a grilled hot dog in a bun and top it generously with caramelized onions. Sprinkle blue cheese crumbles over the onions.

Guacamole Galore Dog:

  1. Place a grilled hot dog in the bun and top it with as much guacamole as you’d like.

These three hot dog variations offer a delicious departure from the ordinary. Whether you're in the mood for a vibrant Mexican twist, a sophisticated blend of caramelized onions and blue cheese, or the creamy goodness of guacamole, these recipes will take your hot dog experience to new heights. So fire up the grill, gather your toppings, and prepare for a flavor-packed adventure that will redefine your love for hot dogs. Enjoy!
