Air-Fried Marinated Chicken Thighs
Air-Fried Marinated Chicken Thighs
Ingredients:
4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
Preheat your air fryer to 390°F (198°C) for about 5 minutes.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, dried thyme, dried rosemary, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt.
Place the chicken thighs in a large resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring each piece is well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish with plastic wrap.
Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, but for best results, marinate for 2-4 hours. If you have more time, marinating overnight will enhance the flavors even more.
Cook the chicken thighs in the preheated air fryer for 20-22 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches at least 165°F (75°C) when tested with a meat thermometer.
Flip thighs halfway through the cooking time, ensuring the thighs are golden brown and crispy on the outside.
Once cooked, remove the chicken thighs from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes.
Serve the chicken thighs with your favorite sides and enjoy!
