Whipped Brie with Spicy Honey

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces of Brie cheese, rind removed and cut into small chunks

  • 2-3 tablespoons of spicy honey (I use Bushwick Kitchen’s)

  • 1 tablespoon of fresh thyme leaves, optional garnish

  • Crackers or crustini, for serving

Instructions

  1. Start by removing the rind from the Brie cheese. You can do this by gently slicing off the outer layer with a sharp knife or cheese slicer.

  2. Cut the Brie into small chunks, as this will help it blend more easily.

  3. Pulse the Brie in the food processor until the smooth. The consistency should be fluffy and airy.

  4. Once the Brie is whipped to perfection, transfer it to a serving bowl or dish.

  5. Drizzle the spicy honey over the whipped Brie. Start with a smaller amount if you prefer a milder heat, and add more for a spicier kick.

  6. Sprinkle the fresh thyme leaves over the whipped Brie and hot honey.

  7. Arrange some crackers or crustini alongside the dish for dipping and enjoy.
